Hi! I’m Eleonore op de Beeck, I’m a of veterinary medicine and biomedical science, I have a degree in holistic nutrition, a Masters in food safety and infectious diseases, I’ve worked as a chef on private yachts, and I’m a conservationist at heart!
And as a vet and conservationist, I couldn’t look the other way, it made no sense to love animals as much as I do, and then to eat them, too! 
During my years  I’ve also worked as a chef on boats, gaining loads of cooking experience and planning ahead for meals and creating shopping lists as well as not wasting food! I even took part on the Spanish version of Masterchef!
 

I want to share my experience with you. I want to help you heal, and I want to help you become your best and healthiest you! I’ve been plant-based since 2011 and I’ve never looked back!

As a clinician for many years, a plant-based eater and promoter and a conservationist travelling the world and now also a food safety and infectious diseases specialist, I’ve gathered loads of valuable information and experience to help you as a guide for this new lifestyle into plant-based eating.
