Hi! I’m Eleonore op de Beeck, I’m a of veterinary medicine and biomedical science, I have a degree in holistic nutrition, a Masters in food safety and infectious diseases, I’ve worked as a chef on private yachts, and I’m a conservationist at heart!
And as a vet and conservationist, I couldn’t look the other way, it made no sense to love animals as much as I do, and then to eat them, too!
During my years I’ve also worked as a chef on boats, gaining loads of cooking experience and planning ahead for meals and creating shopping lists as well as not wasting food! I even took part on the Spanish version of Masterchef!
